Refund policy
Approved, or you pay nothing. If Google does not grant production access after our 14-day closed test, we refund 100% of what you paid.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@14daytest.app from the address you used at checkout. Include your order email and a screenshot of Google's decision. We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
When the guarantee applies
- You imported our full tester list into your closed test and sent us the opt-in link.
- You kept the closed test and the app available for the whole 14 days.
- You applied for production access within 30 days of the test ending.
When it doesn't
- The app was rejected or removed for a policy violation unrelated to testing (for example malware, impersonation or restricted content).
- The developer account was suspended or terminated by Google.
- You removed testers, paused the test or replaced the app during the 14 days.
